When will they use it?
Before or after team training, or at home for 10 to 20 minutes. It gives them a simple way to practise alone without needing a coach or teammate.
How do I tell the original from a copy?
FPRO kits are sold at fpromat.com. If a listing does not include access to the FPRO app and its guided program, it is not the original.
Do I have to pay a subscription?
No. The Complete Kit includes lifetime access to the standard FPRO app and its guided program. An optional Premium tier exists, but nothing on this page requires it.
How much space does it need?
A clear area of about 2 x 2 metres works best. The mat works indoors or outdoors on any flat surface, and no sensors are required.
